Having chaired a closely held corporation for the last twenty five years, Bob has worked on a personal level with many corporate customers. Information Technology Systems, Inc. offered consulting, custom database solutions, computer hardware and peripherals to small businesses. It was the experience of personal ownership and seeing the devastation of data loss in a small company that motivated Bob to gather the expertise resulting in Assure Data Corporation. The History of Assure Data In January of 2002, Bob Lisle gathered a team of experts. They included Microsoft Certified engineers, Cisco Certified engineers, Windows experts, as well as corporate financial experts to develop a strategic plan to meet the demands of corporate database and network backup. In February of that same year, one of the ITS customers had a devastating fire at its headquarters. One of the effects of the fire was the loss of critical corporate computer data. By November of 2002, an effective backup system using state of the art technology had been created. Alpha testing began at the first customer site. Assure Data was born to provide this backup system solution to business customers. It is a backup system without the limitations of tape. Having solved one of the current pressing problems of current information processing, the Assure Data team tackled others creating a spam solution invisible to the user and an email archive system that effortlessly kept a record of all email.
